The ARA 18th International Symposium is Australia’s only event dedicated to the meat rendering industry. This biennial, three-day gathering brings together the full rendering and animal co-product ecosystem—plant operators, exporters, researchers, equipment and technology suppliers, regulators and downstream customers—from Australia and abroad.
Day One (Industry Day) dives into plant performance, innovation and troubleshooting with hands-on, practical sessions for operations, QA, environment and maintenance.
Days Two and Three (Symposium) zoom out to the big picture—science, trade and policy shaping market access, sustainability, regulation and demand.
Anchoring it all is an energetic trade hall with dedicated viewing blocks, daily coffee breaks, catered lunches and networking at a welcome reception and Happy Hour, culminating in a show-stopping Gala Dinner at the MCG.
